RN - Labor and Delivery

We're looking for RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening. The right RN should have 2 years or more of recent experience.

As a Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology!
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
• Able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times.

This is a high acuity, fast-paced unit that requires teamwork and strong communication skills. First Time Travelers Accepted. Travelers will be expected to float.

Pay Package

• Paid Weekly
• Weekly Gross $ 2,890.00
• Hourly Rate $ 49.75/hr
• OT Rate $ 74.63/hr
• Weekly Stipend $ 1099.00
• Blended rate $ 80.28/hr
• 13 Week contract
• 36 hrs/week, 3x12 Nights (12 hrs)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a nurse in our organization, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients. This includes following organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. You will utilize your specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide care that is appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience. American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications are required and must be active at the time of submission. Travel experience is preferred.

Position Details:

- Schedule: 3x12 Nights (19:00:00-07:00:00)

- Experience required: Minimum 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience

- Certifications required: AFM, NRP, BLS (AHA)

- State License: Arizona

- Vaccination: COVID vaccination is required, no declinations will be approved

- On-call: On-call schedule to be determined by the facility

- Weekend schedule: To be determined by the facility
